Arts Queensland .... the State Government's major funding, advisory and advocacy body for arts and cultural development. Asialink Providing opportunities for Australian artists, performers, writers and arts managers to live and work in the Asian region. Asialink's Residency Program offers residencies in Visual Arts and Crafts Performing Arts, Arts Management and Literature. Australia Council The Australia Council is the Commonwealth Government's principal arts funding and advisory body. Brisbane City Council The Brisbane City Council invites applications for its Local Cultural and Festival Grants Program. The program provides financial assistance to community groups to develop projects, festivals and special events that encourage the cultural development of neighbourshoods and communities. Ian Potter Foundation The Ian Potter Foundation was established in 1964 to provide grants for public charitable purposes in Australia. Jupiters Casino Community Benefit Fund Multicultural Affairs Queensland The Multicultural Assistance Program is a key component of the Multicultural Queensland Policy with grants allocated that promote an understanding of multiculturalism, reduce prejudice and foster community participation. Regional Arts Fund (Cth funding) The Regional Arts Fund provides assistance across all artforms for projects which promote excellence in regional arts development, improve access to the arts for regional Queenslanders, recognise cultural diversity and raise the profile of the arts within regional communities. The Myer Foundation The Myer Foundation works to build a fair, just, creative and caring society by supporting initiatives that promote positive change in Australia, and in relation to its regional setting.
