Coffee, what is what ?
Espresso
Forcing hot water under pressure through finely ground coffee beans.
Typically, espresso beans are darkly roasted but this is not a requirement.
Latte
Espresso with steamed milk. It has less foam than a cappuccino.
In Australia: " 'Latte' gets you a glass with a shot of espresso and lots of milk and some foam - half way between a flat white and a cap.
Mocha
Defination may change from country to country ..
For me, it is a strong coffee- served in Mocha cups- half size cups..

A rich, pungent Arabian coffee.
Coffee of high quality.
A flavoring made of coffee often mixed with chocolate.
Cappuccino
1/3 espresso, which is topped up with with 50% steamed milk and 50% milk foam/froth. This formula may alter depending on the maker... Many places use more steamed milk and less froth. "Cappuccino is essentially a latte topped with milk FOAM." The foam should never be added with a spoon... :-)
